Policies
No pets allowed. All guests must be at least 12 years old.
Stays of 5 nights or more may incur a non-refundable deposit.
Guests visit Ocean Grove and the Ocean Park Inn for a relaxing experience. While moderate drinking is allowed, if you’re coming to party perhaps you should consider staying elsewhere. Our quiet hours are 9 PM-8 AM.
Credit Card payments incur a 3% surcharge. We also accept payment by Venmo, or by check received at least 1 week before check-in.
Check In / Check Out
Check-in is 4 p.m. Please contact us if you’ll be arriving after 8 p.m.
Check-out is 11 a.m.
Room Capacity
Up to 2 guests per room can be accommodated, except in rooms 1 and 14 which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Unfortunately, cots cannot be provided due to legal limits regarding room occupancy.
Refunds and cancellations
You will receive a full refund if you cancel your reservation at least 7 days before your arrival date. No refunds will be given for cancellations made fewer than 7 days before your arrival date. There are no refunds for adverse weather, shortened stays, late arrivals, or failure to arrive for a reservation.

Guests must be at least 12 years old.
Weekend / Holiday Minimums
Please note that a two-night minimum stay is required on weekends and a three-night minimum stay is required during holidays and special events.

Additional Information
While there is a guest lounge with a TV, there are no TVs in the guest rooms.
There are no beach-view rooms, but each of the porches has a sea view.
Pets are not allowed.
No smoking is allowed anywhere in or around the inn, including our porches and sidewalks.
